Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will be charged $50 for standard shipping. Free shipping services and expedited shipping fees at checkout do not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. Processed and verified *orders placed on northsideprincess.com can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days* with ground shipping method.
Northside Princess is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier.
Northside Princess is responsible for orders only until they leave our facility. Once the tracking information has been provided to the customer, any issues regarding lost, stolen, or damaged items, as well as delays caused by the shipping carrier, must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Northside Princess is not liable for any incidents that occur after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Address

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by verification.
Shipping to an address other than your billing address may result in a delay.
PayPal Orders
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you must have a confirmed shipping address linked to your PayPal account. We cannot ship orders to unconfirmed addresses. If your shipping address is not confirmed on PayPal within 96 hours of placing your order on northsideprincess.com, your order may be cancelled. Additionally, we reserve the right to ship your order to the confirmed shipping address, even if the shipping address does not match your billing address.
Delivery
If a package is returned to us because of a failed delivery, you are responsible for both the return shipping cost and any additional costs, including a restocking fee of $5.00 per item which will be deducted from your refunded amount.
A failed delivery means a delivery that you refuse to accept, a delivery that’s returned to us because of an inaccurate address, or a delivery that, for any other reason, leads to a return.
In the case of a failed delivery, your order will be refunded. Please note that Northside Princess does not accept returns. If you still want to receive the order after a failed shipment, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
You cannot update the delivery address after you’ve placed an order. Northside Princess is not responsible for any additional fees associated with a failed delivery due to an incorrect address.
