ORDERS
How do I place an order?
You can place an order with Northside Princess online through our website. At this time, there are no other authorized sellers or resellers of Northside Princess products.
If you have any issues placing your order, you can also reach us via email.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay as payments. We do not accept checks, cash, or any alternative payment methods for online or email-supported orders.
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you have a question, please reach out to us at hello@northsideprincess.com.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Orders for Sexyy Gloss Kits will be processed within 1-3 business days plus transit time, based on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Any item listed as preorder will ship in January 2025.
Orders that contain both Sexyy Gloss Kits and preorder items will be shipped in two separate shipments, with Sexyy Gloss Kits shipping immediately, and preorder items shipping together.
What are your shipping options and how much do they cost?
All Sexyy Gloss Kits ship free! Express shipping is available for $25.
Shipping for preorder items in the contiguous United States is $10 where the total order is below $175. Any order over $175, with any combination of items, will ship free.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is a flat fee of $50 for orders under $300. Any order to these locations over $300 will ship free.
How long does shipping take?
When shipping within the continental United States, in stock items will arrive 5-10 business days after the order was placed. Preorder items will arrive 5-10 business days after the items become available and your order is processed.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Northside Princess ships only to the United States & Puerto Rico.

RETURNS
Can I make a return?
Any items marked “final sale” are ineligible for return or exchange. In the interest of hygiene and sanitation, we are unable to accept returns on cosmetics, hats, or air sweeteners.
Eligible items for return must include all original packaging, with included tags intact. For more details, please refer to our full Return Policy.
What should I do if an item is damaged or defective?
If you believe you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us at hello@northsideprincess.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help sort it out!
