Refund policy

All Sales Are Final 

Northside Princess does not accept returns on any items that are marked, “FINAL SALE,unless the item is damaged, defective, or not received as ordered. This includes, but is not limited to, all cosmetics, hats, and air sweeteners. For all other apparel items, see details below. 

Damages and Issues 

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, your order may be refunded. Please notify us at hello@northsideprincess.com. You must include a picture or video of the items that you received to assist us in assessing their condition. 

Apparel Refunds & Returns 

  • No Exchanges: Northside Princess does not offer exchanges on apparel. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item as outlined below and place a new order. 
  • Returns for Opened Bags: If the bag containing the apparel item is opened, you may still return the item, provided that the clothing is unworn, and the original tag is intact and attached. For these returns, you are solely responsible for all shipping costs, including obtaining shipping labels and paying the shipping cost to return the item to us. A restocking fee of $5.00 per item will be deducted from your refunded amount. 
  • No Returns for Tag Removal: If the bag is opened, clothing worn, or the tag has been removed from the apparel item, the item is non-returnable. 
  • Returns for Unopened Bags: If the bag containing the apparel item is unopened, you may return the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fee of $5. 

All Returns 

  • Risk of Loss or Theft: The Company is not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen during transit. 

Refund Request: All Products 

As described above, please reach out to us at hello@northsideprincess.com to request a refund. If you send an item back to us without first requesting a refund, it will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund. 

Order Cancellations: All Products 

If you cancel an order of any items, the charges for that order will not be refunded. Once the order is processed, the items ordered are considered to be purchased even if they’re ultimately returned.
